WHO WE ARE
CMS PRODUCTIONS EXISTS TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL TRAINING, EQUIPPING AND RESOURCES FOR MUSICIANS, WORSHIP LEADERS, TECHNICIANS, PASTORS, SONGWRITERS, AND INDEPENDENT ARTISTS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE SKILL AND INSPIRE TALENT FOR GOD'S GLORY.
CMS Productions is the umbrella entity for Christian Musician Summit conferences, Christian Musician and Worship Musician! magazines, and the CMS Media Division. It was co-founded by Bruce Adolph, president of the Adolph Agency, Inc., and Matt Kees, president of Christian Musician Summit, Inc.
Bruce has been publishing Christian Musician Magazine since 1996, and Worship Musician! Magazine since 2004. Before moving up to the Puget Sound area, he worked as the general manager of a musical instrument store in the LA area.
Matt has been in the conference business since 2002. From 1993 to January 2008, Matt was on staff at Our Savior Lutheran in Tacoma, WA as the worship leader. In addition, he is a producer/arranger, songwriter and musician.
These two met in 2002 when Matt was in the process of producing his conference Worship More. They thought it would be a cool idea to combine their talents and passions. In 2003, they produced the very first Christian Musician Summit. Since then, Matt & Bruce have produced several annual CMS conferences across the country; CMS Northwest, their flagship event, the Thriving Musician Summit at Bayside Church in Roseville, CA (Lincoln Brewster’s church), CMS@theChapel in Buffalo, NY (partnering with Kingdom Bound Ministries), and CMS Southwest in Scottsdale, AZ (partnering with Spirit West Coast). On the docket for 2012 is CMS Nashville.
In addition to the CMS conferences, Bruce and Matt produce several One-Day Intensives: the Songwriter Boot Camps, Vocals Boot Camps, Guitarist Boot Camps and Audio Master Classes.
They have also started the Conference in a Box DVD Series. This DVD training series of workshops recorded mostly at their conferences is distributed by Hal Leonard Publishing. They will soon make available certain sessions available for download.

Matt Kees has been the Director of CMS Productions since 2003. He also works as a music producer, songwriter, graphic designer, magazine layout designer, and video producer/editor. From 1993 to 2008, Matt was a music minister and lead worshiper at Our Savior Lutheran in Tacoma, WA. He resides in the community of Frederickson, WA with his beautiful wife, Kymberly, their kids, and an assortment of animals.
Bruce Adolph has been publishing Christian Musician Magazine since 1996 and has been the Producer of the Christian Musician Summit conferences since their inception in 2003.
Bruce & Judy Adolph started publishing Worship Musician! magazine in 2003 and together they run The Adolph Agency Inc. The agency has promoted scores of Christian concerts over the years in the Pacific NW and currently produces the Seatac Guitar Show. Bruce and Judy reside in Puyallup, WA with their faithful dog Winston.
